Consular services

This section of the website provides information about the main consular services offered by the Consulate General of Belgium in Hong Kong. More information about the services provided by the Belgian consular offices to Belgian nationals is available in the Consular Services section of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

The consular section is open to the public by appointment only. 

Consular administrative services are only available for Belgian citizens who are registered in the popular consular registers.
The administrative assistance to non-registered Belgians is limited to the issuance of temporary travel documents, if all conditions are fulfilled.
